Terms of Services

The French version of these Terms of Services is the document of reference; any other language is only a translation.

  1. Rates appearing on the quotation are packages valid for a period of one month from the issuance of the quotation.

  2. The quotation includes only the services listed therein; any additional or complementary work will be subject to a new quotation.

  3. The rates are per working day. A working day is a seven-hour work period.

  4. Billing will be of 30% of the total amount before the work can start and 70% at reception of the work.

  5. The signature of the quotation and the payment of the initial 30% of the total amount are worth a purchase order. The signatory should precede their signature with the words “Good for order”.

  6. Payments can be made by transfer to the following bank account:

  7. Without prior negotiation written down in the quotation, payment will be made within a maximum period of time set at the thirtieth day following work delivery.

  8. In case of late payment, a fixed compensation for recovery costs of € 40 may be applied, according to Article D441-5 of the French Commercial Code

  9. Without prior negotiation written down in the quotation, the penalty rate in the absence of payment is fixed at (semi‑annual policy rate of the ECB + 10)%: [ ( total amount × penalties rate ) / 365 ] × number of days since payment is due
